A gunshot mysteriously killed a 17-year-old teenager earlier this week while he was in police custody in the US state of North Carolina, police officials said.
The incident occurred Tuesday morning when Jesus Huerta had run away from home to use drugs but had been picked up by police two blocks away from the family apartment.
